Pole-Wrap Installation
Pole-Wrap® transforms basement poles necessary for structural support
into an elegant part of the décor. No need to build walls and confine
the space, a common remodeling pitfall. Simply cut Pole-Wrap length and
width to fit and glue directly to your pole with any name brand
construction adhesive. A cap and base molding can be added to complete
the look of a classic fluted column.
Installation is quick and easy. See instructions below for installation details including the optional Drink Shelf and Pole-Wrap Extension for high ceiling basements (8 to 12 feet). The Pole-Wrap Extension is typically installed with the Drink Shelf that will completely hide the joining seam.
All products are sanded smooth and ready for your custom finish. Two
coats of polyurethane will suit most tastes. You can also stain or
paint to match your decor exactly.
